Nathan Williams is the founder of Wilco Services, a nationwide commercial lighting controls specialist with nearly 20 years of boots-on-the-ground industry experience. Holding CSLT and CLCP certifications from NALMCO and LS-C from NAILD — alongside an extensive portfolio of manufacturer certifications — Nathan is one of the most decorated specialists in the field. He currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the United Lighting Controls Forum. A passionate educator and advocate for neurodivergent inclusion in the built environment, he helps audiences understand lighting controls with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
